Haddon Heating & Cooling is an award winning family owned business that has served the Bay Area's HVAC needs for over 20 years.

We are looking for result oriented and driven people to be In-Home Sales Consultants. Haddon Heating & Cooling is currently hiring sales staff for our East Bay location.

Sales Consultants are provided up to four appointments a day, and are expected to work a five day work week. Our highly skilled training managers will train the right candidates on how to design and sell the perfect HVAC system. Our company’s goal is to optimize best sales practices for our Consultants, as to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for our loyal customers.

Our top Sales Consultants earn over $250,000 a year in paid commissions.

Job Requirements -
-Driven Sales Professional with experience in direct sales.
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to write clear and concise sentences for sales related needs.
- Ability to follow directions from supervisor to complete required tasks to promote company growth.
- Technological acumen required for use of computer based systems.
-Physical ability to climb , navigate small spaces, and lift up 25 lbs.

License/Certification:

• HIS CSLB (Preferred)
